This Privacy Policy describes how Gniewolf Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application KickGrid: Paper Soccer (the "App").

KickGrid is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information.

• Game progress data (level, XP, achievements, statistics) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device.
• We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal data.
• We do not require account registration.

2. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use data to show relevant ads, including:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• IP address and general location
• Device information (model, OS version)
• App usage data

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by Gniewolf Studio. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation).

3. Children's Privacy

KickGrid is a general audience game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not contain content directed specifically at children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

4. Data Storage

All game data (statistics, achievements, level progress, saved games) is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services – app distribution and updates.

6. Your Rights (GDPR – EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Since Gniewolf Studio does not collect personal data directly, these rights apply primarily to data collected by Google AdMob. You can exercise your rights regarding Google's data collection via your Google account settings.
